Design & Construction
Filter Media
The G90 series is produced using a special pretested blend of cotton and polyester
fibres. The G90 media has extra pleats (more sq. ft. of space) for increased dust
holding capacity.
Media Support
The media is bonded to a special galvanized steel, expanded metal support grid with
a 95% open face area. This allows increased utilization of the filter media. The
media and metal combination is designed to prevent sagging or collapse and is bonded
tightly to the frame, eliminating any possibility of air bypass.
Enclosure Frame
The G90 enclosure frame is a special die cut, solid kraft board with extra moisture
resistance designed to prevent collapse under extremely humid conditions.
Applications
The G90 Series is designed for longer lifetime with reduced maintenance costs. All
G90 filters are designed for easy installation in existing HVAC systems and perform
well as the primary filter or as a prefilter for extending the life of a high efficiency
filter.
Type Description
The G90 filters have an average efficiency of 30% to 60%. All testing is done in
accordance with the ASHRAE 52-1 standard guidelines. The G90 filter has more media
area for improved performance and longevity. The G90 filter is designed for applications
requiring higher efficiency and arrestance. All units are available in 1," 2" and
4" thicknesses.

The G90 1", 2" and 4" filters are available in unlimited sizes. This will make increased
efficiency available in all applications
